The movie Oleg Kovrokov made and that was shown as the leadership event at the ICF Conference in Orlando had a huge impact. This movie shows that coaching is not about tools nor techniques but rather coaching from the heart of the coach to the heart of the client. The movie encapsulated the desires of every human being on the planet; to achieve the dream that is in our heart and the benefit of being coach to seeing, articulating, and achieving that dream. Oleg moved an audience of 100 leaders in the ICF to remember and appreciate the impact one human can make on another. Bravo Oleg!!!

Thank you for this movie. My grandfather was Lithuanian (Alexander Doffkont) and came to Australia in 1915. It is a heartfelt joy to see coaching is in Lithuania.
